Who you are dealing with

DocuAI is made and sold by Philip Masters, trading as Phil Masters, ABN 81 028 531 634, Tewantin, Queensland, Australia (“we”). Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd as merchant of record; Paddle issues your invoice and handles GST/VAT.

The trial

Installing DocuAI starts a 14-day trial of the full product on that machine. When the trial ends the software continues to work with the free feature set; no documents or extracted data are removed.

The licence

A licence is a one-time purchase for personal or business use on the machines you own or control. It includes updates released within 12 months of purchase. It may not be resold or shared publicly. We may revoke a key that is published or used fraudulently.

Your data

Your documents and the index DocuAI builds from them remain on your machine and are yours. We have no access to them. See the privacy page.

What we do not promise

DocuAI extracts and totals figures from your documents and shows you where each figure came from. It is a tool for checking your own records; it is not accounting, tax or legal advice, and it is not a tax-submission product. Extraction can be wrong — that is why every figure links to its source page — and you are responsible for verifying anything you rely on.

Requirements

DocuAI runs on 64-bit Windows 10 and 11 only and needs the hardware described on the hardware page. Check it before you buy.

Refunds

See the refund policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
